2327BK Electronic Adhesive is a one-component acrylate adhesive designed for inking camera module lenses to achieve fast bonding through UV curing technology. The product has a unique matte effect, effectively preventing light reflection and improving the imaging quality of the camera module. Its coverage rate is up to 99% or more, which ensures that the optical density (OD value) of the inked area reaches the ideal level, significantly reduces halo and ghosting phenomena, and improves image clarity.
The adhesion performance of 2327BK electronic adhesive is excellent, even under extreme temperature changes and chemical corrosion environment, it can also maintain a strong bond between the lens and the substrate, to protect the long-term stable operation of the camera module. The product has a very low shrinkage rate after curing, which effectively reduces the internal stress caused by curing shrinkage and protects sensitive electronic components from damage.
