Product Description

4211 Electronic Adhesive is a one-component acrylate adhesive developed for the fixing needs of camera module filters, and the bonding is realized through UV light curing. The following is a description of the actual performance of the product:

Adhesive performance: 4211 electronic adhesive can provide strong adhesive force, to ensure that the filter in the camera module firmly fixed, not easy to fall off, even in the temperature change or physical impact can also maintain a stable bonding effect.
Transparency: After curing 4211 electronic adhesive has a high degree of transparency, light transmittance of more than 90%, will not adversely affect the light transmission and image quality of the camera module.
Curing speed: Under standard UV light irradiation conditions, the curing time of 4211 electronic adhesive is less than 30 seconds, which realizes a fast production process and improves production efficiency.
Material purity: the product does not produce any sediment during curing, avoiding spots or other defects on the surface of the filter and ensuring the optical performance of the camera module.
Convenient operation: single-component design, no need to mix, direct coating and then UV curing, simplifies the operation process and reduces the difficulty of operation.
Application scope: 4211 electronic adhesive is suitable for fixing filters in various camera modules, including but not limited to cell phones, surveillance cameras, car cameras, etc..
